We are a property with only 10 apartments each with its own loggia and balcony so it is of course possible to keep distance and enjoy the sun and the garden from your own space.
Check in and check out: everything takes place via email or WhatsApp: no contact with us, but at the same time, thanks to the free and enhanced wifi in January 2020, we will send you all the information for your stay: from restaurants, to supermarkets, to excursions, to activities to be carried out.
The swimming pool is large (14x 7 meters) and the 10 umbrellas have always been spaced for maximum privacy. The garden is spacious, with tables, chairs, barbecue and ping pong at your disposal.
We are in a perfect area to reach by car the main cities and villages such as San Gimignano, Vinci, Pisa, Florence, Siena, San Miniato, Volterra avoiding public transport.
We collaborate with some local bike / vespa and scooter rental agencies, another safe and fun way to visit Tuscany “open air”

Santa Maria is a family run property.
You will find a pleasant and informal atmosphere, like being part of the family. Giuseppe, the boss takes care of the garden and plays the guitar in the pool once a week, the staff is happy to help guests with suggestions on the most interesting activities in the area, restaurants, hidden places where they would go as tourists! Customers arrive as guests … and leave as friends!

Our apartments
Cotto floors, wooden beamed ceilings and traditional furnishings
Our apartments are in typical Tuscan style featuring cotto floors, wooden beamed ceilings, arches with bricks and decorated with traditional Tuscan furnishings, wrought iron beds and for the comfort of our guests, orthopaedic matresses.
Every apartment offers: a fully-equipped kitchen (gas stove) with dishwasher, fridge, utensils and in the living room, a TV with SAT channels.
Moreover, apartments on the ground floor have an outdoor loggia, those on the first floor have a balcony and both have garden furniture, a view onto the view perfect for enjoying “al fresco” dinners, reading a book or simply relaxing while sipping a glass of wine.
It is possible to order breakfast prepared by a local pastry shop delivered at 8.45 am. The order must be place by 6 am of the previous day menu:

Do you love nature? Montaione offers the possibility to book horseback riding, trekking routes, mountain bike and scooter rental. In addition, Golf Castelfalfi (18 holes) is just 8km away. It is one of the most beautiful “greens” in Italy nestled in the suggestive scenery of Castelfalfi.
